Worse service ever . The young girl that waited on me was very nice , think she was new . The older lady there was very rude and... talking down to her . The older lady took over to bag my stuff . So this is the $7.19 steak and cheese sub I ordered on door dash and this is what I got from the leopard store in annaville! ... Had I known they were using this store before I ordered I would've said NOPE, I quit eating subway until they opened in circle kliterally 2 blocks from my house instead of 2 miles away from a store who has been awful with service sandwiches and management. This is unacceptable!!! They didn't even offer to refund me just said well we can remake it I said I don't have a car tonightthat's why I went through door dash she said "OH". Unreal!!! Read more

I went into this subway and I was very dissappointed. I walk in and stand there no greeting and no acknowledgement that I am... even standing there. I stand and 3 employees are working on an online order and I wait until I ask them if the people for theonline order were standing there. One of the ladies says no and I said well it is very disrespectful that I am standing here andno one has the descency to even acknowledge that I am standing here. There is no responce for a moment and then one of them askswhat can i get you. Now at this point I am so upset and I would have normally walked out but I was there to get lunch for my sonso I get my 6 in sub and leave. I called this store today to order a couple of sandwich trays for a group of 15 people. Diana took my call and I explained the... online form was not working. She took my order, called me a few minutes before it was due to be ready to let me know everythingwas good to go, and when I arrived, she helped me pack everything into my car. My team was impressed with the trays when Iarrived. I see a lot of bad reviews for this store, but Diana was great and saved the day for our hungry crew. Read more

They could not make the pizza they way I wanted it, so I left. It's a first for me since I've always ordered turkey jalapeno... from Subway. I was told since they don't have it like that on the register they cannot make it because "We are a franchise,we're different." Not good business.
