I am very disappointed, I ordered a drink through the app with light ice and extra whip cream and there was more ice than drink... and no whip cream. I asked the employee but she said it was the way it came. I didn?t understand but just accepted it, and as Itasted it, it was really bad. Will not come again at this Starbucks location. :( Read more
The employee is so rude and unprofessional. She was always trying to charge me extra even I told her I did not get charged for... extra matcha powder via mobile app or other stores. Read more
Really great service here! It's convenient and even when they have a long line it doesn't take long to get to the register.... Never had any issues with my orders and it was really helpful that the one taking my order made some recommendations when a fooditem was out. Read more

I mobile ordered for the first... time, and I asked for one of the holiday lattes with oat milk and no whipped cream cause I got that intolerance. I got a literalcup of hot dairy milk with extra whipped cream and nothing else.
