Usually has great service. However recently had an incident where I ordered online and someone took my drink by accident. I... asked the barista if she already made my drink since it wasn't on the counter. They lied to me and told me my drink was in lineto be made and told me they were very busy. I then waited an additional 30 minutes and never received my drink. I had to go upto the front counter and explain the situation. I would have sat there and waited forever had I not gone up to the counter. I ama little frustrated that I was lied to about my drink being next up in line. I understand that the staff is busy, but thisincident could have been avoided. Read more

Stopped there with our camper in tow. Just left the beach, we were starving and my husband wanted a frappe. We park off to the... side I ran to the sonic next door to get food and then planned on running into Starbucks to get our frappes. A young baristacomes out and tells us we cant have this "thing" in the parking lot and we need to move it and go park somewhere else. Weweren't blocking anyone in or in the way of cars coming in and out of the parking lot. That was so unnecessary and rude and that"thing" is a camper! We left without getting drinks!!! Read more
We stopped by on our way out of Port Aransas. Starbucks never fails and this location lives up to the gold standard. Line was a... little long but moves quickly. The lady over the loud speaker was very pleasant. She had a very lovely voice and was especially kind. When we got to the window... it took no less than 30 seconds to get our drinks. She was very Fast with payment as-well. When we got our drinks I waspleasantly surprised, as the delight I was given was far from subpar but perfect:) 4 star given just because it was a littledifficult to navigate! Read more
