Well, waiting for an order I pushed the red button because in paying by card...there was something sticky on the card reader and... it left a ball of something sticky on my hand and I dont want to know what it was. I asked for a disinfectant wipe or some handsanitizer. I didn't appreciate the tone of the guy that responded and apparently the staff at the Staples Sonic have no way ofdisinfecting surfaces or their hands. I would have appreciated a more sympathetic tone but his attitude left me with sour noteand I will definitely reconsider coming here again. It has been my "go to" location but sadly not anymore... I always enjoy my strawberry, fresh fruit slush along with my cherry slush. They are always as good as they get. Use the app and... get it half price and leave a little tip for the wait staff. Read more

Ordered SuperSonic breakfast burrito with app passing through on vacation. Checked in and the menu soon told me they would be... right out with my order. Waited 10 minutes and just as I hit the red button to ask where was my food, the girl walked up. If notfor the size and amount of food, I would have given less stars. The food was good though but service super slow when only acouple of cars were there. Read more

Ordered in app. Ordered 3 drinks. When they finally came out they came with two of the three drinks. One was made incorrectly.... When I asked the lady she huffed and acted annoyed. She did offer to correct it but I decided to keep the drink. I don't likesending anything back especially when the car hop was rude. Anytime we come to this sonic the service is always slow. And Itipped a dollar in app before the service. Wish there was an option to tip after the experience so it can be according to theservice received. Read more

Waited 25 minutes for a blast and a shake (after ordering online through the app). After getting both, they were wrong as they... were missing customizations that I paid extra for and very melted. Car hop told us "sorry you guys came during an ice creamrush" but obviously our order had been sitting there for awhile. So we went through the drive thru, requested a refund, and gavethe items back. The entire time we were sitting at a stall we watched the drive thru line shrink and continue to move so I'mfairly confident they forgot about us. This is the norm for this location so we're not going back. Read more

maybe its a lack of employee's, the wait time has drastically increased at this location. edit: For my new visit. Well a 38 ... minute wait time. Nothing has changed. I should have left 15 minutes ago but I payed with my card at the stall, and I waitedthis long might as well see how long it takes. Corporate needs to review this location and reasign training to the employees. Read more

Gave a 5 due to the help from Josh. The other employees were also nice even though they were having a crazy time. Even though... you can tell they were crazy busy and short handed Josh heard my complaint and was very nice and made me a new drink bigger andbetter and apologized for the wait and my drink not made correctly. It was a cold brew but when I got it ice was already goneand it tasted like straight cocoa powder the new one I got was amazing !!! Thank you again Josh Read more

It pains me but it feels like every time we come to this location something is disappointing. I appreciate so much that my... server today actually brought me a spoon with my shake, we ask literally every time we order and have always been ignored./Someone is not understanding or communicating, it's just frustrating. Last time my shake wasn't even completed, there was nowhip cream so I had to go ask for it, drinks have been inconsistent and I'm just going to include a photo of my barbecue saucedchicken today. It's supposed to be covered with sauce lol. I regret having paid for it. I really don't enjoy leaving a badreview like this because ultimately everyone here seems like they are working hard and have good attitude in spite of everythingbut something is clearly wrong at this location. Maybe better pay to retain employees for consistency would help? You neverknow! Read more
