Dont know what they did to our drinks but they were horrible. Tasted rotten. Ordered 4 drink and all were horrible.
Placed an order through the app that was processed and accepted. I planned around the time requested and upon my arrival to the... store received a phone call informing me the store was closed. Order time was 17:30 and I arrived at 17:22. The representativeon the phone told me I should have read the sign on the door stating store would be closed at 17:00. At a glance I could see twoemployees still in the store so I asked if they could make my order because how could I have known about the adjusted closingtime when the listed closing time was 20:00. I was again told to refer to the typed letter taped on the door. Now I have noorder no refund and reward points were taken from my account. This place is getting cheap. They don?t even full cup all the way up and help is more worried about talking than about customer... service. The pic is right after I got my drink and put straw in. I ordered a smoothie that was on sale and they didn't tell me I needed an add on to get the sale. I looked at my receipt and... noticed I did not get the discount. I asked her about it and she said I needed to get the add on to get the receipt. I told herthat was misleading and she laughed. I then said that it's not funny and I left the store yelling. I apologize for my outburst,it was not appropriate. I am not bothered by the $2 off, it's just money. What bothered me is that the lady did not let me knowI needed the add in to get the discount, and that she laughed when I said it was misleading. I understand the stressfulenvironment of having t take a bunch of orders and the logistics of the restaurant industry but I felt really low. I spend moneyhere quite often, and I always leave a tip, why do I feel scammed? The behavior I encountered today was very scummy.
