27-May-2022: I placed an online order: Sm Original S Jal Chs NO Sm Genoa NO Sm Cotto NO Sm Parmesan NO Garlic Dressing ADD... Chicken (extra $2 charge) So... My sandwich should have 2 meats (ham and Chicken) it only had the chicken (which I paid extrafor) and NO ham. I called the store and spoke to the Manager Deja and she said sorry for the inconvenience and that she wouldnot charge me for the sandwich. 01-June: I noticed that the charge went through on my account, so I called Deja and she statedshe was sorry and would put in for me to get a refund. 06-June: Still no refund, so I called the 800 number on my receipt andthey stated they would put in an alert. 08-June: I received an email from Deja asking me to give her a call, so I did and shestated again that a refund has been requested. 16-June: I replied back to the email and stated that I still have not receivedmy refund. NO REPLY 17-June: I called the 800 number again and Cynthia stated that leadership team would contact me within 72hours. 29-June: I never heard from the leadership team, so I replied to the email again that the refund has still not beenreceived. NO REPLY 01-July: I called the 800 number once again and spoke to Neasha and she said she would send yet anotheralert.... This has now been over a month to refund my $9.35. It is not the money that is really the issue, now it is theprinciple of people doing what they say they are going to do. Read more
The food is standard Schlotzsky's, but the service definitely brings this location down to a 2. The wait is always really long,... even if you are literally the only customers in the store (my toddler finished his pizza before the rest of us even got ourfood). Twice now they have forgotten food from our to-go orders, which to be fair we should always check before we pull away andgo home, but I've never had any other restaurant forget my food, let alone twice. Today was particularly bad because they forgotmy soup for my soup and salad, my salad dressing, my son's apples, and his cookie with his meal. Literally half of our family'sorder was messed up. We dove up to the parking lot and it seemed like some of the staff were having a meeting with friends out in the paking... lot..they ended up headng back inside once they saw up exiting our vehicle to enter the restaurant ..We were there about an hourbefore closing and it took a while to get someone to take our order. It seems they were really interested in getting cleaned upto go home rather than being tentative to the customers wanting to order..after a few mins someone finally took our order..aftera long while we received our order which was done correctly and the food did taste good but it was the only plus thisestablishment had going for it. Bad customer service. I came at 9:30 thinking they close at 10 and was rudely informed they close at 9. When I notified the host... that thier site says 10 pm and that it needs to be adjusted to reflect correct times she said that she doesn't do that. I thanasked her to tell someone that can fix it, again she responded I don't do that. I understand the signs say they close at 9temporary. This was not displayed near the drive thru or online. Lol Wow. 14 minutes I been sitting here waiting at the counter for someone, anyone to even acknowledge my presence. Several... employees have walked by me and nothing. I'm not really one to mind if it takes a minute for someone to get to me but this isstarting to feel a little ridiculous. There's literally one other customer in this restaurant at the moment.
