Unfortunately I came in when a crew member quit and may have had a vocal fight. Instead of helping the customer and calling in... the manager/owner right away they made customers wait till the manager came. I understand a key part of the team quitting but itshould not be difficult to perform the service to the remaining customers. I was able to order before they had everything backin function. Then I waited over 30 minutes for my sandwich until an employee finally noticed after 3 other customers were servedthat came in after the ordeal. We were the only ones here and they forgot our order, after 30 mins still no food. I asked for a cup to get water for my kids.... They said they were out. I know it is probably a isolated incidence. but visited the location of Weber road in corpus Christi today and proceeded to... watch the girl that rang me up and took my money handled all the money go around and pick up trash then go proceed back tomaking people's food with the same gloves on her hand. when I mentioned something about it and told him I'd like them to make mea new sandwich because she had handled my food after trash and money she acted like she didn't know what was going on they makeme another sandwich still make it incorrectly I had left premises came back told him about it they proceed to take my sandwichapart put it back together tell me my sandwich is right and basically have a nice day. I am absolutely DISGUSTED & HORRIFIED from tonight's dinner! Only because my daughter was going to take out her pepperoni from... her sandwich did she notice a LIVE baby ROACH in her sandwich!! My husband called & asked for the manager whose name soundedlike "Skyler" a woman. She never even Apologized!
