So... There was a sign when we walked in that said it was under construction (remodeling). There were no signs of any remodel... going on anywhere. But the place is just filthy. The floor hadn't been cleaned in years. I was afraid to drink from the fountaindrink dispenser. For some reason, the food was delicious. I'm hoping the back kitchen looked nothing like the dining area. Ohand it was so hot! I asked the lady if they could turn on the AC, she said "Oh we can't control that". The thermostat was in alocked box on the wall and read 93 degrees. It was only set to 89 but we felt nothing coming out of the vents. I hope they areserious about the remodel, but until then... Food is great. The sourdough bread is unbeatable. The only gripe with this location is the indoor dining area is depressing and... could use an update. Read more
Walked in behind one customer and stood for 12 minutes before they were able to take my order the cashier was what it seemed... running the whole store cooking taking orders and taking the food out and cleaning tables .I thought they maybe low on workersbut then I saw 3 other workers there what they were doing I don't know .tables were dirty to sit and food was put togetherpoorly Read more
I wouldn't recommend this location and I love their sandwiches. Was given wrong order, I ordered a #6 and was given a #5. I told... the cashier, she told the manager(I'm guessing) "he wants to change his order now". The "manager?" never said anything to me soI asked for a refund.The food may be good, I don't actually know, but the service isn't. Read more
The food was different but it was good the cinnamon roll was a bit hard!!!
I ordered a sandwich, chips and a Cinnabon along with a salad and soup. I went in for pickup and just got the salad. Went back... in and was told they were out of soup. Then they found my other bag with the soup and sandwich. Got home and found a mess in mybag so that was cool. No chips or Cinnabon but it was such a headache getting my second bag of food, consider that a donation. Read more
It looks a little worse for wear on the inside, but it's the same great food I've come to expect from Schlotzky's.
