I placed an order for chicken online. 45 pieces of chicken. They received my payment and told me my order would be ready and... waiting on the counter in 15 minutes. When I get to the store I am told they wouldn?t even prepare the food until I arrived. If they hadn?t collected my money, I wouldn?t be upset. The chicken strips we ate were very good but what makes me mad with this Popeyes is I always place my order online and I'll wait... 20 minutes before I even leave to pick it up which is another 10 minute drive. I'll get there and my food still won't be readyand I'll end up waiting 30 minutes plus inside. What is the use for online ordering if your never gonna make people's food ontime? Not coming here again, I?m reluctant to go to any Popeyes locations after my consecutive experiences trying to get food for my... lunch break for work at the Saratoga location. Drive thru line piles up by the road near Walmart, the food is either wrong, coldor missing utensils. Food takes forever to be made when I order through app and I just see no point in using the app anymore orusing my time to come here when it is inherently wasted. Read more

August 20, 2022 3:15 PM Dining room is dirty, like every table with me as the only inside customer. 5 employees working, soda... machine not working, cook is shoving food in her mouth as she is filling orders. Counter boy shows no interest in being there.Absolutely no customer service. He just pointed to me and then pointed to the counter, his way of letting me know my order wasready. Cold fries, had to ask for ketchup. Will not be back!! This location was good when it first opened. Ghetto as hellnow. Employee is smoking right in front of the front door.
