Batter on the nuggets was raw and yellow and disgusting, the restaurant feels mucky and stuffy, both men and women's restroom... have a bad smell and you can even smell it from the table dining area smells like urine and drain water this place has gonereally bad. the workers were polite and work the best they can with their environment and the condition the building is in butthe mold on the ac vents and the caving in of the restroom ceiling is just unacceptable and not a safe work environment Popeyescorp needs to rebuild or shut down this place. Rude employees. Saying bad words while my 9 year old was there. Lots of F bombs B word and talking about other employees. They... complained about AC not working right which it wasn?t and their vent hood not working. They were rude to customers like thosethis order belong to that old man. I?ve been going to this location for years. First time I can say I was left disappointed. Ordered a 12 family dinner. Drove home... about 20 miles away. Only got 9 of the 12 pieces. 3 breast, 3 thighs and 3 legs? no wings. Read more

Waited about 10 minutes just to place a order when I was the only person at the front desk. I understand that they are busy with... drive thru, but no excuse to at least have someone take my order and then go back to help. Not even the manager acknowledge usto step up. There was about 5 people in back. Only one person said we will be right with you and afterward no one bothered tohelp us. I ended up walking out and went to another chicken fast food company same amount of employees. They were busy, but itonly took a couple of seconds for them to take my order!!! Read more

Great food and great service. However this place is usually very dirty. Today at 4:45 PM was no exception. All the tables were... dirty there was not a clean one to sit at. Trash on the floor food crumbs everywhere the trash can overflowing. Three people inthe kitchen doing very little because there was hardly any customer in there except for myself and one other couple. I don?tthink the owners of this establishment would tolerate this if they know about it that is why I am posting. If you can overlookthe filth this is a great place for a quick meal. Read more

"Bless the manager who ended up placing herself on drive-thru to take over majority of her employees." Due to her as she quoted,... "We are very SHORTHANDED, BEHIND ON ORDERS, & OUT OF THINGS!" For example: Large cups, ice, half bags for the 1/2 gallon of tea,etc...She did the best she could, kept on forgetting where orders went or handing out drinks when they were needed. Not onlyshould Popeyes have an on the spot interview day like McDonald's does. But also assign someone to keep the lobby, restroom, &parking lot clean at all times...especially, when its a very small restaurant & not very much to do...15-20 mins tops for all 3each hour or so.
