Our favorite Pizza Hut in town, our food is always hot and the service is always ???? amazing with a great and friendly staff!
Walked into Pizza Hut, there was but two tables being served, yet no one ever attempted to serve us even though we had been... seated. After 15 minutes, I asked the bartender if we could get some help (he said he?d get somebody)? but again, after another10 minutes, no one paid no mind to us. I got up yet again, asked a waitress for help, she said she?d be with us. 10-15 minuteslater nothing. Over 30 minutes, and we hadn?t even been asked what we?d like to drink. If I was an owner of this restaurant, I?dbe infuriated to find out that who ever my Management staff was, would allow this type of service to my customers. Anexperience like this can cost a customer to never come back. So how many more customers are your employees costing you as abusiness? I don?t typically leave reviews like this, but I felt the people who run this establishment should know about how theemployees conduct business there.
