Terrible customer service!!! Employee came outside upset accusing me of pressing the ?I am Here? button on my app when I arrived... to get my curbside. He seemed very upset and took it out on us. He said this is not Little Cesar?s ? Was this white man beingprejudiced because I am Hispanic? Why the rudeness and comments. I was simply letting them know on the app that I was here asinstructed too on the app. Very poor customer service. I hope they refund my request to cancel. Read more

Normally I'm not a fan of Papa John's I got to say but this Papa John's was by far in my opinion one of the best the customer... service that I got was outstanding. The food was hot and ready it is not very often that I will give someone five stars. Mypizza was hot ready when I got there had not been sitting really friendly. The environment was clean it was not really what Iexpected from a Papa John's based on previous experiences. I even posted a few photos and a video showing my experience. Read more

We were in town for vacation and ordered from this Papa John's through their app. We placed our order and included the address... and room number of our condo. After over two hours of waiting, we called to see where the order was. Apparently, there wassome mix up and they didn't change the condo number from the last time we ordered while vacationing so they called our homenumber(which was a mistake on our end) but they could have asked the front desk to call our room. Since they weren't able tolocate us they took the 70 dollars worth of pizza back to the restaurant and we were told they threw it away. What a waste!!! When we asked them why this mistake happened, they said it was user error on their app and they couldn't even tell us what wehad ordered, said we could ordered again and it would take an additional 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Of course we were extremelyupset and frustrated and while we were trying to get our refund, the lady we were speaking to keep placing us on hold and wasvery rude and continued to place us on hold while we were speaking to her and told us more than once that it was user error andit was our problem. However, they did know what we ordered because she sent me a receipt showing our ordered and the amount. I will own up to the mistake of having our home number on the app instead of our cell number, but the condo number had beenchanged and the fact that they argued, were rude and threw the Pizza away is not acceptable!!! I hope you look into what type ofmanagement you have at this location because if others receive this kind of service, your company will lose money and customers. Read more

We always order from Everhart, and my photo shows why. $37 for me to get the worst experience at a Papa Johns. Barely any cheese... on the supreme, my kids pepperoni Canadian bacon pizza was either over cooked or old.. asked for light sauce,had no sauce, yetthe supreme was drenched in it. For as long as iv been a papa johns customer this was seriously a disappointing experience. Read more

The pizza from this establishment is so good. Worth the price. Quick and very friendly service. Employees were very organized,... focused and happy. Knocks pizza hut, dominoes and little ceasers out of the water. Small staff, good communication, wonderfulproduct. You can see them activey flipping and prepping your food. Most definitely will be ordering from there now on. Bestboneless chicken poppers I have ever had. Hands down. Not greasy on the pizza and just the right amount of sauce, cheese andtopping. Quality product from a quality staff. Thankful for them being so close. All staff and manager are so hospitable. 10/10. Read more

This Papa John?s is very unprofessional and rude to their customers. I have had several bad experiences with them. The latest is... I ordered online and it went the whole way. But they claim they never received the order. The manager is very rude and doesn?tseem to care about giving good customer service. I ordered online and the last page stated SUCCESS. An hour went by and Icalled to check on my order and one of the workers told me he couldn?t find my order. He searched under my phone number and hesaid he had found it and that it was going in the oven and I would have it in 10 minutes. Time went on and I called again Andthis time the manager answered and he kept going on about that they couldn?t find the order. He started shouting and would letme speak. Kept going on and on. Still couldn?t get a word in at all. I told him that he had poor customer service. He gave me a1(888)number and I hung up cause he wouldn?t listen to me. I told him I had been waiting for 2 hours plus and no dinner, he saidhe couldn?t help me. This is a POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY POOR!!! I am checking with my bank cause it said my card had beencharged. And if it was HE OWES ME AN APOLOGY AND $30.58. And I will never order from y?all again. Went in this evening to pick up my order, I was early so I waited about ten minutes. Not a bad wait - my pizza was straight out... of the oven.The employees were so nice to talk with and all very polite. These people were working hard and that's not somethingyou see often anymore. Needless to say, dominos and pizza hut have lost my business to the team over at Papa John's. Thank you!Management should consider rewarding the employees somehow :) Read more
