Usig drive-thru is no problem, thought I would go inside since ot was only 2 items. No one one at the counter. You're expected... to use the kiosk. Well not for me why would I pur $3 on my card?! No more, never stopping here again!! Read more

Waited for 25 mins in drive though only to get cold food . Came home and rewarmed all three burgers and fries in air fryer.

What can I say? I grew up on McDonald's and so once in while I still crave it. The food hasn't changed much since I was a kid... and sometimes that consistency is just the ticket. Anyway we picked up dinner and drinks for a family of 5. One thing that hasdrastically changed since I was a kid is the price, our meal cost around $55, about 10 dollars per person plus tax. My big Macand fries were just what wanted at the time. The fries were hot, fresh and crispy. The Big Mac was also hot, fresh anddelicious. I didn't hear any complaints from the rest of the family so I think everyone enjoyed the meal. Drive through servicewas fast and our server was very friendly and personable. Read more

I don't normally rate any place 5 stars, however in this certain instant the entire crew of both the morning as well as the... evening have went above and beyond their call of duty. I can not single out any one person, nor do I wish to do so as each manand woman from crew member to team leader and through management has shown me that there are caring people left in this world. Iwant to thank the owners of this McDonalds as they have been able to single handedly amass a crew such as this all under oneroof: WOW! During COVID-19, I amongst millions of other individuals have been through so much death and horrid realities in onelife time when it should not have been seen in ten (10) life times. I lost my family during this time along with my employment,life savings, house, car and just about everything I ever had that I felt near and dear to. I had a lonely torn backpack thathoused the remaining pair of socks, short and pants I had in this world. It has been days since I slept not to mention haveeaten or bathed. I try my best to wash up under a faucet or hose when one is available, however that is harder and and fewerthan I would like to admit. Being run off from something as simple as a water hose during the scorching heat and humidity of theis unfathomable: it's too true though. People tend to try to overlook people like this as if they are not there at all. When Ientered this McDonalds I was greatest with a warm smile and unjudging eyes. I was blessed to having been able to buy a dollarmenu item and a cup of cold water in which I relished. I was given an entire meal by the manager and told to eat and enjoy. Iwas instructed to take my time and take in the cold air and the hot food. There was no hurry to leave. I was so overwhelmed withlove joy and appreciation that I cried. McDonald?s has a bad rep in my personal opinion, but I was so pleased with my food today I was almost shocked. The burger was... juicy and delicious where it?s usually dry and flavorless. When I come to McDonald?s I expect non-quality but this McDonald?sspecifically really impressed me. I will probably go out of my way to go to this location in the future. They need to change the manager branch, They do not care the quality of food, I got two big fries, chicken sandwich, all fries... were bittern and bad taste, I returned to branch to make comments on the staff and the manager directly. Unfortunately theydon't apologize , someone introduced himself as Sanders as manager and did not have last name. Just adding comments here notexpecting good service in this branch. Read more
