This day really upset me when I visited. I had been waiting for 15 minutes at this point and several others who ordered before... me had very small orders and hadn't got their order. I visit this location often. From breakfast to dinner to lunch. In themorning there are older managers. I am used to the wait and always to take that into account because I know it has staffingissues. It's just the area. So I don't mind. But the amount of disrespect between employees and how they completely ignored andkept their backs to their front counter and to anyone in the building when they saw them at the counter. They didn't greetanyone. They didn't acknowledge anyone to their face but they made it loudly clear to the lobby that they were making threatsand cussing to not only myself but other customers. Because of sure lack of respect. It came to it that others became upset frombeing ignored that they started walking behind the counter to get sauce. I waived the young manager down to help who had servedme. Because it seems like he was the only one working. I let him know what was happening and asked for their names so I couldspeak with the corporate office. I don't know his. But letting him know this issue wasn't his fault. He was no older than 16.And he said they were minors so he couldn't give out that information. It's sad that we all work extremely hard in our lives andfield. And just would like to get a meal like everyone does. When you serve your community and others around it and peoplerefuse to be courteous or have decency and professionalism for others. This makes it a sad day. I thank him for being the onlyperson that cared that day. Read more
The place was clean restrooms were in order the service was great but my 7 yr old bought a happy meal with fries the box of... fries was there with no fries what a disappointment. Read more
I only stop at this McDonald's on Tuesdays, early morning. So far though, my order has been right-on every time I go there. The... man at the window always is very polite, and by the time I get to the pick-up window my order is ready. And my coffee isperfect. That's the morning team. I couldn't tell you anything about the evening team. I do know this, getting an order rightand being polite goes a long way. When you are just starting your day you don't want to begin it with negativity. Usually youget what you give. Not always though. Have a great day people. Spread love not hate. Read more
Had no problems with my order or experience but for just a cpl things. First while waiting for our order I had to walk over to... another customer because I didn't want to make it a big ordeal anyway I stopped a big cockaroach from going up his pants notgood before getting my food but I was a GM for fast food for yrs I get your gonna have issues. Secondly took my daughter to thebathroom only 1 stall was available but had no toilet paper I stepped out to ask for some and the young lady at the registertells well use the other stall&waljks off thinking she was going to go get some just for good hospitality NOPE starts taking anorder so the other cashier asks tell her what I told other girl but she told me to use the other stall well I have common senseso if it was available I would have! Needless to say right after I told her the person in the stall which was an employee whichhad nothing to do with the situation all that needed to be done toilet paper should've been taken care of instead use the otherstall my child could've gone on herself by the lack of proper customer hospitality. I usually go through th drive thru, but went in for my coffee today. I was gonna be anti social and use the screen, but seen... that it was faster w the lfy at the register. Man, did I get some great service!!! I feel bad , I did catch her name, but, thislady was amazing. She had a line n was on a mission to make my coffee. Thank you!! Read more
They close at 11pm dine-in, However per workers management. They close down an hour early than posted due to management being... upset smh to management. But to look in the inside looks like it?s to just hang out on the phone and crack jokes smh Read more

I know my opinions mean squat to the management but I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered the 2 for 6 mcribs and I... asked for no pickle, no onion, and light BBQ sauce, she followed up with the mcrib doesn't have BBQ it has mustard and ketchup,I asked 4 more times to make sure we were talking about the same thing and with attitude in her voice she said hold on them aminute later she came back and said ok no veggies and light BBQ what else, and I double checked it and said that's it, got up tothe window and she had an attitude, now I get home and this is what I get? I love home no one, and I mean no one has passion forstuff they don't now it just sad. And yes the tag says sauce only but I checked multiple times for light and still got this. Read more
