My sharemeal deal order was missing 2 cheese burgers, also missing 2 mcdoubles. I informed young guy with the glasses. He... seemed overwhelmed and had attitude towards me. He told the people in the back to make my missing food. The Guy totally ignoredme afterwards. I seen my food be given to someone else order. I spoke to a young lady about my missing food. She asked the backagain to remake my food. It took 27 minutes to finally get my missing food. The store has enough worker's for the amount ofpeople ordering. I believe the issue is that the worker's are not properly trained or just dont care. Read more
My wife and I decided it was about time to visit one of our favorite places to have breakfast together. The service from the... staff was very satisfactory and the complete meal were as delicious as can be. After our meal we just sat and spoke about thecoming holidays. Read more
The workers were really great and did a friendly job getting my food ready. I just wish after the 5th time I've gone to this... location that the night shift start making their cheese burgers exactly how they come instead of only ketchup and mustard. Way too busy to keep up, I went inside because line was way too long on lanes. After 20 minutes waiting for a double cheese... burger and small fries, my fries were cold. They replace the fries fast but they should have a better system on inside andoutside service. Read more
Where to even begin smh, ordered one burger with no onions due to a good allergy, it had onions! Cheese was hanging halfway off... the sandwich with two pickles threw on there, and that was just one of the sandwiches ordered.. was clearly no care at all inthe accuracy. I get that it's fast food but come on y'all have one job. Read more
Food was good, staff was confused about onion strings being loaded. Would be nice to add loaded to onion strings, extra $ is... okay. We would go more often but they dont make onion strings loaded. Can you please make onion strings loaded?? Read more
Very disappointed tonight. My boyfriend and I went to this McDonald's to get the 20 piece and a basket of fries. There was a... long line at the drive thru that wasn't moving so we decided to go in and order it. We waited around 15 minutes or so. We didn'tthink about checking the quality of food because it was so busy that we didn't think our food would be cold. We got home whichis about 5 minutes away and the fries looked old, were cold and saggy. We had to warm them up in the oven and chicken nuggetswere cold too. I did get a coke and that was the only thing that tastes good. Read more
The slowest service ever! Rude and unfriendly employees with terrible customer service. Not even so much as a "Hello" or "Thank... you" from the Drive-thru or Dine-in people. The tables were dirty and the people cleaning them were lazy and only partiallywiped them down. I go here out of convenience since I live in the area and the next closest is being remodeled. If you are in ahurry or have hungry, whiny kids, go some where else because you will wait forever, even if they are not busy. Read more
