Would?ve been 5 stars except?. It tasted great but I ordered pickles with each meal and didn?t get it. Also, there were extra... toothpicks hidden in our sandwiches. After my husband nearly had one go through the roof of his mouth, I searched the othersandwiches to find hidden ones inside, as well. (Not including the long ones that hold the sandwiches together. They werediagonal and inside the sandwiches). We order here quite often and have always had a great experience in the past. The food isdelicious. Read more
The day we went there was so many people. We waited for our broccoli cheese bread bowels. It was good, but mildly warm. I think... there was just too many people. It was a slow steady pace. We waited for our food for about 40mins. We will go back. Just notwhen they are that busy. Read more
Kinda disappointed. Food had declined. Smaller portions and not as fresh. Last sandwich I got was hard as rock and the meat was... dry like it sat put to long. This place use to be good. Read more

Corpus Christi Texas location: I?ve had multiple bad visits to this location in the past and finally stayed away for a while... hoping over time the staff would improve. Unfortunately that wasn?t the case. All of tonight closing staff could use toadditional training in customer service and a reminder that the job doesn?t end until the last customers are taken care of (Iwas not the last person in the door there was a line after me-I just happened to check my food before walking out and had towait on remakes). The visit started with walking in to a very dirty location (multiple tables not cleared and yet allowingseating on only that half or the restaurant). Next was the workers friends ordering and hanging at the counter not even payingattention to the line backing up (at one point the line managed to get to 5 groups waiting behind this chit chat). As I stood inline waiting I over heard another employee complain many times about the amount of people and don?t we know they close at 9:00.I walked in at 8:43 fully away the close time was 9:00 expecting to get my order to go as did the many other in line. The couplein front of me ordered chili to then be told after paying the kitchen was out of chili and they didn?t want to make any moretonight so pick something else. The gentleman simply asked for a refund which created more attitude from the girls working thecounter as they mention this wasn?t convenient since they only had one register left open. I began to order off the kids mealand the first 2 items I ordered I was told were out and pick something else. I then ordered my salad and sandwich and asked forno mustard as the menu stated it had. The person picking up behind me asked to order a drink and they simply gave the drink tohim and said don?t worry about the charge because they didn?t want to reopen a cash drawer since he didn?t have a card. McAlasters Its like the simplicity of subway meets the gourmet of jasons deli. My first time experience n i was treated... especially well by the cashier Laila. Im a big fan of chili so obviously i had a cup of chili. N it was the right taste n spice.Im just disappointed that i learned about a bread bowl option later n to add shredded cheese to my chili I ordered the king clubthat was double the meat. It was delicious unfortunately they forgot to put any bacon in my club. But it didnt take away fromthe amazing look in appearance and presentation. The sandwich was brought by waitstaff in a square porcelain plate. I wanted togive my compliments to the manager howerever i couldnt distinguish the supervisor from the other employees. It literally lookedlike only employees running the place. Nobody like to be rushed to order especially when its your a first timer. The menu is bign has a lot of description. You will be overwhelmed n become frustrated unless u grab a personal menu. This should have beenavailable somewhere at the front n middle of the aisle so they can speed up efficiency. But u dont get it till u get to thecounter But lucky for me i was the only one that arrived n waiting so i had plenty of time and help. All in all I will give thisplace 4 out 5 stars. For an honest mistake of no bacon. Couldnt identify supervisor n the menus should be availabe somewhere inthe aisle when waiting. But overall i cant wait to go back n eat there again. Read more

Staff and service were wonderful and the food hit the spot. Generous portions and reasonable prices, the baked potato was a good... size. The vegetarian chili was awesome and so was chicken salad sandwich. With how good everything was I don't know if I'll trysomething else. Maybe. Store was very clean. All in all a good experience.
