Ice cream is great, but there was a miscommunication between me and the staff member. I asked for my ice cream to be prepared on... a separate board and with a clean spoon as I have several allergies. She completely disregarded that and when I told her abouther mistake, she was not apologetic. I get times are stressful, but my allergies are not a choice. Please be more courteous toyour clientele! I love this place. The staff always friendly and work very hard to provide good service. You can create unlimited flavor... combinations. This is one of our favorite places to go for a special family treat. They are short handed on workers so you willneed patience, but it is worth the wait every time. Read more

Great ice cream chain and friendly service. They were incredibly busy at 9pm on a Saturday night but the counter service was... great and patient with each customer. My favorites are cheesecake ice cream with raspberries and Swiss chocolate with walnuts.I also love their rewards program offered through their app, we got to use my anniversary reward last night! By far, best home-made ice cream! There is such a wide variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. If there is not a particular... flavor in the front of the store, sometimes if the ice cream is ready, they will bring it from the back freezers for me. Theowners are always at one of the locations and provide excellent customer service. I have never been to a Marble Slab that notonly has so many different toppings, but is so clean and up to date.
