Our pizza is always made perfectly to our specifications, however, this location is always super busy, so you need to be... patient. They are doing their best. After waiting 30 min for the 4 cars in front of me I reach the speaker. After confirming that my orderis ready, I?m asked to pull up (not able to). I wait another 20 minutes to reach the window, to see Helen. I asked if I couldget some pizza sauce, she said yes but I?ll have to charge you. Really !?? I waited 45 min in a long line, while my pizza wasready. What?s the point in mobile ordering if I have to wait in a drive thru?? It was evident that she was in a bad mood. My wife and I placed an order online. I arrived to pickup my order through the portal. There was a sign on the door that stated... the lobby was closed and to use drive-thru. I had to wait 45 minutes to get to the window. As I pulled up to the window Inoticed customers inside. The lady that was up front walked away and sent a gentleman that appeared to have an attitude arrivedat the window to assist me. He took another ten minutes to hand me my order. The pizza was cold, the bread sticks were undercooked (raw dough in the middle). And when I asked if I could have come inside, the gentleman only replied with an I'm sorry. Nodefinitive answer. I ordered ahead online for pickup 20 mins before closing so I could take pizza to work. My order was ready but the doors were... locked 30 mins before they close. I called but they directed me to the drive thru. Someone was already sitting there waitingwith their engine off. For all I know they had just put their drive up order in and now mine is waiting and my work start timeis coming up. I had to leave disappointed.
