The staff is inept. They don't know how to use the app. I showed up for an order that was supposed to be ready at 8:16, at 8:18... they had just put it in the oven. This is after waiting 20 minutes because the app said it would be ready. This staff didnt evenapologize. Just sort shrugged it off. No sorry or anything. Spend the extra money and go get a Pizza Hut pizza. What a disaster. Read more
I will never come back to this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered 1 emb pizza 2 crazy breads and 1 sauce. They... told me total was 11 something. Cashier comes back and I see only 1 bread so we ask did you get 2? The cashier lies and saysyes. We pay and she hands us 1 emb pizza 1 crazy bread and 2 ranch. I asked what about the other bread. She then says I onlyhave 1 and I only charged you for 1..I paid with a 20 but she only handed me a 5.. I thought it was universally understood whenyou go to Little Caesars and order crazy bread and they ask if you want sauce they mean the marinara sauce. Not 2 ranch. Whatthey did was rung up the pizza and the bread then on a separate ticket 2 ranch. Which is why I thought that a 5 back from 20when I was told my order was 11 something was ridiculous. To recap. She lied, messed up the order and charged me for something Ididn't ask for. Cheep pizza, good wings and crazy bread. Can't go wrong.
