They forgot my order, was not organized, most importantly the food was below average. The fried chicken appeared darker like if... the oil was reused too much. The macaroni tasted watery like if it had a few days in the warmer. Read more

I should have known that my order was gonna be messed up when I was driving up and I see a big rat crossing the parking lot... going to the KFC/ Long John Silver's restaurant. I made an online order of 8 PC chicken 8 PC tenders I ordered 4 biscuitsseparately. I get home mind you I like 15 minutes away I check and see my 4 biscuits were missing and mashed potatoes had nogravy. I call and the manger tells me that he hasn't had that order today. He then admits it and tells me they should have addedthe gravy. I tell him the biscuits are missing and then he tells me next time to check my order and to make sure I tell them tomake sure. He did nothing to correct it he didn't want to take responsibility. I will never order here again. Read more
