I?ve to this store a handful of times hoping it will get better. It seems that they are always out if everything shakes and even... tacos. The laziest staff I?ve even seen. How can jack in the box not have tacos ready to go. Instead they told me they wouldhave to pull them out of the freezer which seemed like a daunting task for the staff at 12:30am on a Saturday morning. I use the drive through every morning for coffee on my way to work. I can't comment on the dining area or restrooms inside but I... can say they are always friendly, and when they don't have something (which is out of their control) they profusely apologize.If I have ever had to wait it is because they were short staffed which is a wide range issue for some reason these days. 2nd time in my life trying Jack in the Box. Once before in montana about 8-10 years ago. I couldn't remeber why we didn't like... it but we quickly got reminded......wow this is some garbage food. While waiting for our order we sat in the dining area and debating on canceling it because the whole store was filthy. We could... literally hear our shoes sticking to the floors. When we got our food, my husband had to use tons of napkins to wipe thecondiments off just to be able to puck his burger up. On my sourdough Jack I was fixing to do the same, when I lifted the bunthere was only 1 piece of bacon, when I actually lifted my burger my husband stopped me because there was something hanging offmy burger. If you look at the picture you can see there's a small ball of something hanging from a thin string of something???????? I gave my burger back to the manager and we ended up leaving. My hubby got to get his soggy drenched burger but Icouldn't after that 1st bite knowing there was some unknown thing hanging there. Read more

So I proceed to order the 'buttery Jack.' Its been a hot minute since I've had a decent "Jack"???? so I was excited.... Unfortunately the burger didn't meet my certain expectations. The whole burger itself was tiny. More like a "breakfast" typething. I was willing to overlook that IF the burger was tasty. EHHH...DENIED! ??????? The meat had zero flavor. The veggieslooked fresh, yet they too were the void of any sort of taste. It was all very bland and pointless. My saving grace were thejalapeño poppers. Magnificent ????.
