Worst Marble Slab I've ever been in. The ice cream fridges were being left open, so the ice cream was extremely melted. Topping... bar was a mess and spoons were mot being cleaned between ice cream flavors. Staff seemed as though they didn't care and gaveattitude to a few guests. Read more

We love marble slab and this location did not disappoint. We got the Swiss chocolate with Oreos mixed in and a strawberry with... sprinkles mixed in. Both were fantastic! The two young ladies working were very nice and hustling to help the non stopcustomers. This location had multiple signs about being understaff so I hope they get some more help soon. I went on a Thursday at 8:30 pm after finding the location on Google. I?m here from out of town for work and I thought this... would be like Coldstone back home. I was wrong? it?s sooooooo much better. I had Abuelita chocolate ice cream combined withSwiss chocolate. The value for the price was amazing and the mix-ins were the plentiful and high quality. I upgraded to achocolate dipped waffle bowl, and It was well worth it! They weigh your serving and their largest size is truly a generous andfair serving. I managed to save half to have the next day and as I just finished it, I felt I owed this place a review. I?llbe going back again and I just wish I could take some home with me! I just want to say thank you to the 2 young gentlemen and young lady working this evening. They are very understaffed and have... been working tirelessly for hours now. It's unfortunate to see hard workers like this struggling to assist the amount ofcustomers that were coming in, but they showed determination to assist regardless.
