One of the only indian-style restaurants in Corpus Christi with good food in comparison to other restaurants!! Even though we... ordered chicken tikka, pasta, and wings, they are all just ok. A friend of ours recommended this resturaunt to us, and here I am to recommended it to yall! It is delicious! The flavors are... fresh and tasty! I wish I could remember the names of the plates we got, but honestly don't remember ???? but honestly, I don'tthink you could go wrong with anything you order, every thing smells good and tastes good! The Ginger Cafe is a nice little restaurant with plenty of variety and tasty dishes. Personally, I think their Turkish and... Mediterranean dishes are the best things they offer (I'd recommend ordering an extra order of pita bread too). Their pastadishes look good too, but I've never had them. The waiters are good and aren't overbearing. The owners or managers like to goaround in the evening and greet guests as well. Over all, it's a great little spot and they are BYOB friendly. Phenomenal food. Phenomenal service. I am SO glad we found this place because the food was memorable and a great ending to our... time in Corpus. Dylan was so observant and anticipated all that I could need or want with my meal. I wish I could bottle up hisgenuine care and superb knowledge for service, and sell it. ???? The world needs it. The flavors graced my senses before I evertasted my meal, and my taste buds were equally pleased. They also had many wonderful vegetarian and vegan options. A must visitwhile in town. Read more
Amazing experience! I love going to local cozy restaurants because they seem to have warmer welcomes and are more attentive to... their customers, and this one did not disappoint. Their menu is a hybrid of Mediterranean, Italian, and Greek. I LOVE theirultimate curry! I added chicken with mine and their rice with a side of taziki (sp?) sauce is amazing!
