Horrible experience every time. The wait is long and there?s no cars in drive thru. They never have food prepared. I go at least... 3 times a week and they are always out of everything is what they say. I have taken my business to Starbucks. I don?t recommendthis location rude employees, long wait over 45 min sitting in drive thru and never have avocado toast or always out ofsomething. Come to find out it?s a franchise. Dunkin? I sat in the drive through line long enough to write this review about THE WORSE DUNKIN' DONUTS ON THIS PLANET. When I did make... it to the mic 20 minutes after arriving, I had to wait another 5 minutes before ordering. 9 out of 10 times there is always something wrong with my order. Most of the time the coffee is burnt and almost undrinkable. I... am originally from New England and Dunkin was everywhere. First time coming here to this location. They close at 11:00pm and I got there with over an hour left until closing. From the... start the girl was extremely quiet and would not speak up and seemed almost upset we were there. Poor customer service and theattitude at the window did not change. It was like my family was a bother to them that we would be going to a donut place at10:00 PM. Sorry we had a sweet tooth haha 3 star still because 1 bad experience doesn't ruin a place. The coffee has not tasted as good for the past 2 months. The oven is always broken and the iced coffee's are watered down. I... come here pretty often & I am saddened by my past experience's. However, I am loyal and will continue to come back and eat theburnt cheese wraps. Read more
