This store is really going downhill! The quality of the pizza is horrible. So tonight, I just got a pasta and a sandwhich. I... selected carside delivery but after 5 minutes, it wasn?t brought out. So I had to go inside and wait another 4 minutes forsomeone to ask me what I needed. A lady kept taking orders out to the delivery cars but couldn?t be bothered to bring out myorder nor say a word to me as she walked passed me several times. Customer service absolutely sucked!! If I could no stars that would be more accurate!! This is the only diminos pizza I?ve ever had poor customer service from a... manager of whom doesn?t know how to follow directions and then gets an attitude with me. I will never order from here everagain. It seems like great customer service is harder to come by these days. EVERY TIME I order PIE CUT thin and Crispy I get squares. EVERY TIME. great pizza but I'm so over this.
I ordered my pizza on the app. I did arrive before it was ready and had to wait at the window, as expected. However, when my app... showed the pizza was ready Noone came to the window. 6 minutes after it was ready, they told me they had to make the secondpizza. I had to drive around and wait another 11 minutes. I asked about the free pizza for over a 2 minute delay for curbside.This was denied, because "I went to the window instead of making them walk it out." The girl at the window and the staff thatfinally handed me my pizza were rude. As for the pizza, one was made perfectly, other didn't have enough sauce on it to noticeit was there. I ordered extra ?auce. We used to get pizza from this location around once a week. I will I'll be using one of theother Pizzerias near me for future orders. Read more
It's Domino's Pizza what isn't to love. I always order my pizza with extra oven time. There were a couple of stray kittens... hanging out the drive through window. I had to wait until the moved to drive up. They haven't learned how cars work yet I guess.Anyway the staff had to chase them away. Read more
