Placed order on line for pickup arrived at the and my order was ready I could see it. But staff where very unorganized they... would me for my name then identity my order and walk a way. This happened three times then they couldn't figure out the cashregister. Staff didn't know who to work the register and management wasn't around. So I walk out never again Domino's. Read more
If it wasn't for people being hungry 2 pieces wouldn't be missing. I on the other hand am upset that simple instructions can't... be followed. Normally they don't mess up but this was the first time adding this much on to my pizza. Read more
This location has gotten worse and worse with time. Latest order stated 67-78 approximate delivery time after an hour the... tracker showed still in the prep phase. Called to see if maybe they hadn't updated it and maybe it would be out the door soon -they hadn't even started preparing the pizza after an hour, that's just ridiculous. I've even tried placing a pickup orderthinking it would be done quicker but nope. We not far from the Waldron location, I might have to drive there, which I've donewith the Airline location, but I'll have my order in 20 minutes or less. Read more
I ordered my pizza through the app. I was supposed to pick it up in 35 minutes but it ended up taking over an hour and 10... minutes. I knew that it would take a little longer because they were running the 50% off online promo but it just took toolong. There were customers at the restaurant getting frustrated as well with the same issue. Not sure if I'll order again andif it's worth the trouble to take advantage of these percent off deals. My deliveries are always on time and the drivers are super nice, but I'm mainly writing this because I've seen some reviews here... complaining about customer service in-store. Every time I've gone inside for pickup (always late at night) everyone is superchill and funny while still getting stuff out on time. Maybe some people don't like foodservice employees who crack jokes andjust talk like people instead of doing the whole customer service voice thing (and I get that a more formal customer serviceapproach is expected during the day than late at night), but I work in the industry, and when I walk my tired college studentself into a pizza place at 11pm in sweatpants, it's refreshing to hear people just be people. Everyone is in that store foreither pizza or a paycheck. Just chill with some fellow humans for a sec and don't worry about whether or not they smile andcall you ma'am. They're nice, they're helpful, and they're fast. That's what counts. And tip your delivery drivers. Seriously.Gas is mad expensive on that kind of pay. Read more
This Domino's is hands down the best ever. The manager that they brought in, Cynthia (I think) really brought this into line. My son ordered 3 medium pizzas, two salads, and cinnamon twists. The pizzas didn't have tomato sauce, the salads never came, and... the cinnamon twists didn't have any icing. Took way too long to get our order and the food was cold. I don't recommend orderingfrom this store. Addendum: The store never sent the salads we paid for. I feel badly for this location (Airline rd). Since I moved here in July, I?ve ordered 5 times, both carry out and delivery with... the hopes of it working out. They are understaffed, and need help! In my experience, your order, if it comes, will take closerto 2 hours. The time I tried carry out, after an hour and half, I called and my order hadn?t even been started yet, so Icancelled. This afternoon?s attempt was ordered at 3:37 pm, and was finally delivered at 5:08 pm. I did call and speak to amanager tonight, and I was hangry and impatient. (I?m sorry for losing my temper.)
