I don?t like that a call order has to be sent to a call center than the store! Other than that very good dominos.
Food was at temperature it should be. Pasta plus wings and salad. All delicious and as ordered. Online delivery was easy and... delivery person friendly and on time. Read more
I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple thin crust. Someone forgot to put the pineapple on before it was baked. Instead of remaking... the order correctly, or telling me they made a mistake while I was in the store waiting for it to come out of the oven, someonedecided the solution was to put cold, wet, raw pineapple on top of a crispy thin crust pizza. I got home to soggy, soupy, wetcold pizza. 100% unacceptable. Read more
Extremely rude lady who took my order and before I finished the order hung op on me ! I called back politely and she was still... cocky and rude ! When my husband went to pick up food she interrupted his transaction with another clerk and went out of her wayto be rude to him !! When I called later to speak to manager he acted as if he didn?t believe it and said he would check cameras& explained how they had issues going on at the store ! I?m sympathetic but customer service goes a long way and she was rudefor no reason! We were actually being nice to her -and shouldn?t have been considering how disrespectful she was being ! I hopethey get some new management who care about the customers and how they are treated . This was absolutely ridiculous and we willnot be returning . Read more
