10 minutes till closing bartender had her purse on shoulder on Saturday night… manager stated at 1 am they were closed and we... had to wrap it up. Mind you I had a soda and a burger meal trying to finish with my intoxicated spouse. Doing the rightthing.. I swallowed my half left the premises and jumped in driver’s side to get home . Because I was still in mall parkinglot having a discussion with my spouse officer on hire approached stating that I had too many drinks when all I had was a sodaand stated that my spouse and I should trade seats. I was just the outspoken one trying to get home safe. Just want to say thatthe manager at Dave and Busters needs more leadership and customer service skills and payed off duty officer needs more senseand compassion for drivers to get home safe. The food is good but my burger had cartilage in because of the pork belly they really need to take the time to inspect the food... before severing or putting it together. But if you come here to eat I suggest you ask for Mark he was a really great waiter hehad excellent customer service The only thing that makes this place not so good would be the fact they did not want to take theburger off my ticket the manager could not even do that. So I could not even enjoy my burger so to the fact I'm scared to eatmore cartilage in my food. I will be contacting corporate office about this. Read more

D&B is a pretty awesome place. Came here for the first time and it was pretty good. Not really the best place for a conversation... though, it's a little too loud. However, if you're coming with friends to come a have some fun, it's the perfect atmosphere. Thefood was pretty good, a little cold by the time it got to the table though. Overall a good experience. Very disappointing. I ordered through a delivery food app and the restaurant provided no sauces. The cauliflower was anemic... (look at how small in the pictures) and no sriracha aioli was provided despite that being in the description. I also ordered thewings and no ranch was included despite that being in the order. Best time we had in a while! Food was surprisingly good and substantial size the strawberry boba alcoholic drink was 10/10.... Staff was very friendly over the phone and in person! I hear people complain about prices but I bought a $100 card for 3 peopleand still have enough for 2 more trips at the least. Was very fun I let loose the stress and enjoyed the memories that weremade! Read more

Came for my son's birthday and the overall experience was great. Hostess, wait staff and manager are wonderful and make you feel... welcome. The food was lackluster and leaves something to be desired but our waiter and the managerwere excellent in handling mycomplaint about the meal. Everyone in our party enjoyed the games. Will definitely be back for desserts and games, but willprobably eat elsewhere before we come. Read more

Extremely clean place. Games are updated and current.. The food prices are decent and the food is excellent. Bring plenty of $... because you will burn through that game card quickly.. Great place to burn a few hours. It seems all the games are workingproperly and functioning. Restrooms were clean and overall the whole restaurant/ game room is tidy. We had a wonderful time here on our vacation my kids are still talking about it. The food was delicious. I didn’t have high... expectations after reading the reviews but our food was delicious and so were the adult beverages. I would say it’s probablyfor older kids, mine are 5 and 3, so the couldn’t reach some of the pedals, but they still had a great time. Read more
