No complaints about the buffet. Pizza was hot and fresh as were the veggies at the salad bar. So the 2 star rating was for the... cleanliness of the restaurant. There was a foul odor by our table and the spoons and forks were dirty. Literally had food stillstuck on most of them with one spoon that had dried up sauce. That was really gross. Never again. Service was fine. Always busy and I always enjoy the BBQ pizza. Not too much to complain about .. just need to work on that soda... machine.. running out of drinks is a no go but considering the amount of people it was reasonable Read more

Had a great buffet lunch with my sister hardly anybody there but was a couple of good sized groups. I prefer the afternoon like... this instead of lunchtime. I know the food is good so I like the quieter time of day to enjoy. Read more
6/27/22: This is our first visit to this location. So far, great experience. This is Probably our best Cici's experience in a... couple years. I think the cashier is new but she's really trying. The bus girl is steady cleaning (if it's not tables, she'scleaning games). The food has been fresh up to this point. I look forward to it next visit. Read more
came during dinner with the wife and kids. we were greeted upon entering, and cashed out quickly. everything on the line was hot... and fresh. dining room was clean, with a bus boy going around collecting plates, and ensuring the dining room was ready for nextguests. staff was friendly, and manager came out touching up on tables making sure everything was okay. will definitely becoming back to this location. our kids love the endless pizza. Very nice, helpful, clean. but batteries were low when waiting for orders, wings had been cooling while I was waiting so were... not hot. Other than that glad to be there. Read more
