This specific restaurant location opened not long ago, and it started off on the wrong foot. The wait used to take literally... about 30-45 at the drive-thru, the food was ok, the store software system was always having issues, and the staff were doing ok,but still needed training. Nothing has changed, with the exception that in the little time they've been open (about 1 yr), theordering system does not work at the drive-thru. You have to order at the window and wait, but at least the wait is not as lingas it used to be. It's down to about 10-15 minutes or so. It says it is under new management, but I think they need one ofseveral, or a combination of, things; training, more employees, better equipment, and definitely more higher managementsupport. It is sad that this is in a prime location to make lots of money, but there is a lot lacking that is pushing customersaway and killing their bottom line. Read more
I've eaten at multiple Churches Chicken in Corpus Christi and my experience here was horrible. Food wasn't fully finished when... given to me and half the mashed potatoes were still made of powder. Also the soda tastes like straight carbonation. Definitelynot eating here again Read more
The store is under new management but it takes 20 minutes per car in the drive through The speed of service is ridiculous. When... you call the store they blame it on shift change. If you ask for the manager they hang up on you. Read more
For 1 I called in an order. And when I arrived there 30 to 45 minutes later it was not ready. And they got my order ready it was... not right. And this happens every time I go there this happens. So I stop going there. They need to put someone in there thatknows what they are doing. Read more

Ordered a 5piece tender large meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Waited 5-10 min at the window for the order to be wrong... even though we repeated it like 10x. No receipt so I couldn?t check if they charged for the large meal. Didn?t give us the largemeal and gave us the wrong drink. Asked for a Diet Coke and she said we don?t have coke so I asked for diet again and she saidokay. Service is just not good they don?t understand basic orders. Read more
Pricey but delicious. Some wait time.but that's because they usually cook it fresh. I had the chicken strips and really liked... them. Great cole slaw and biscuits too. Recommended. Read more
