We always love to visit chili's. Food is always good and service is usually pretty good. This trip, however, we had some... disappointment at the end of the meal. I was there with 3 friends. They all paid for their meals in cash (I paid by card). Whenthey all received their change they didn't get the coins back that they should have. Just the bills. When asked the waitresssaid "oh, we don't give coins back any more". If this is the case the customer should be informed of this BEFORE They pay withcash. As it was the restaurant made over a dollar extra because they didn't give the coins in change. This is NOT OK!! Read more

I had 2 corn on the cobs brought to me on 2 separates occasions and they both were cold, the waitress was phenomenal and she... wanted to make sure I was satisfied ( I give her an A++ ) I wish I could remember her name. The atmosphere was great and theservice was awesome, just the food was cold as if though it had just come out the refrigerator. Staff was amazing. Had an issue with their new card machines but the staff manger( Jimmy) was knowledgeable to help us solve the... issue. The server Katie was amazing as well. Our food took a little long which we didn?t mind at all they were very busy and theyoung lady went out of her way to help us get our food. Staff was amazing. Horrible experience!! Server seemed too have most of her customer far from where we were located. So she would take a while too... check us out. In addition too that the utensils she provided us were dirty the fork had food in between. Plus the drinks weordered weren't that great not even when we ordered a fountain drink. Now as for the food it looked like it had been left outsitting and they just warmed it up in the microwave. It was dry and cheese was horrible. Plus normally we get the chips andsalsa and the salsa always seems too be warm but it was cold. Too top it off when we arrived we had gotten in line through theapp but they didn't even use that. There wasn't anyone at the entrance greeting us. I'm literally disappointed since chillieswas both my husband's and I to go spot too have drinks and have great food but now. Ordered shrimp tacos and what I received was a complete joke. The tortillas were old stale and stiff and there was almost no... ingredients inside. I paid extra for avocado and there was less than a eighth of an avocado on the tacos. One taco had a pieceof avocado the size of my thumbnail and the other two were barely any better. I've ordered these many times with no problems andthey were my favorite. After this, I will no longer be a Chili's customer. This was supposed to be my dinner and now I've had toorder food from another restaurant so I can have a decent meal tonight. Save your money and buy your meal somewhere else. Read more

Love the online order girl from a few days ago! She?s so sweet, does her job, & happy! Changed my review from a 5 star to a 2... star just by going inside to eat tonight. . What a joke our waiter was!! Couldn?t get refills, he kept forgetting about us, ittook us 45 minutes just to get our order taken!!! Then, once we finally got our order, my side came out 20 MINUTES after mymeal. A freakin? corn on the cob!! The worse part is they weren?t even busy!!! However, the food was delicious.
