I'm very disappointed ????. I ordered an 8 dark piece chicken with 4 rolls and no sides. I paid $23.48. Got home and the chicken... was old and dried up. Ended up feeding it to my dogs.I will never ever step foot in that restaurant again. But that's me. P.S.They receive no stars!!! Read more

Went through drive thru, it took 20 min to order and get to the window, then they asked us to pull up in a parking spot where we... waited another 25 min for our food. They had about 5 cars in parking spaces waiting for their food. When they finally bought itto me, no apology, no sense of urgency, no kind of communication. I ate there this evening and I really enjoyed my visit. I am from Mississippi and have never eaten at a chicken express even... though I?ve been in Corpus 2 years. Your cashier/server Janet was a joy to talk to. She was super friendly and checked on usseveral times while we were there. Plus, she is from Mississippi. You need to give her a raise and a promotion. I've never had any issues with the food until today. Haven't been for a while. Decided to order some food for delivery. The... chicken gizzards used to be nice and meaty...and not cut in half to stretch them. What happened? This is really tantamount tofalse advertising in my opinion. Order 18 and get 9 cut in half. I went in to order chicken and some of the employees handling the food with no gloves or hair nets. This one man was coughing on... his hand that had a glove on and then goes and touched the tongs to serve chicken and then he coughs again on his hand and thenhe touched the chicken again with no tongs. . I was hoping my family and I wouldn?t get sick. This man looked sick. I always goto the drive thru If I world of known how my food was handled I wouldn?t return again. This Is unprofessional and the storemanager needs to up his game and make sure all employees are. Wearing clean gloves and hair nets. Read more
