One of the best Chick-fil-As I?ve ever been to (and I?ve been to a few!) The food is always fresh. Rarely do you get ?soggy?... fries. The hospitality is on point. I know it?s part of their business model but the staff at calallen are extra friendly.Elizabeth works in the dining room and she is always so caring and personal and I love getting to catch up with her when I havetime to dine in. Food was ight ig, but the chick with purple hair and a bun literally just dropped my tray on the table and heel turned back to... the kitchen. Seriously didn?t bother with any kind of customer service. I should have gone to Whataburger, would have had thesame food with better service. And I know whataburger has better service cause I had it the same day and the lady that droppedoff my food there asked if I needed anything else and even checked up on me later in my meal. Service sucked. What happened to Chick-fil-A! Ordered a Gluten Free bud, the lady at counter said we have multi grain buns, I... said no I need gluten free bun, then she had to be told by another employee no, Gluten free. Of course the bun was stillpartially frozen. Sucked! Tried to eat the grilled chicken without the frozen bun, sucked...is this real chick. **Thank youfor making this right, it shows you care about your customers. Loved this location. It's the largest location i have ever seen, at least twice the size of any other location I've visited. ... It was busy but as expected service was top notch and fast. Food is great! Read more
My chic-fil-a was burned and it tasted burnt too. I ordered it and took it home. Very disappointed.
