Most dirty burger king i have been too. No table was clean, food and trash every where, out of everything. Mold and water... dripping from ceiling. Floors had spilt drinks, leaking fluid from ceiling, food and trash. Health inspector or codeenforcement?? Read more
Food was good for what we got. A bigger gentleman was working the front, he was nice and professional while I was ordering. He... brings my food over to the table with my son and myself, he spills half my fries, says sorry, walks off and doesn?t hear fromhim again. I?m thinking, ok, he acknowledged he made a mistake, he?ll at least replace what he spilled on the table, yeah, thatdidn?t happen. No paper towels in bathroom and bathroom was dirty. All the tables in the dining room dirty as well. They only had one guy... handling the drive thru and the front counter. I felt so bad for him. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'm allergic to American... cheese and when I saw that I had been changed extra for "heavy cheese" I took it back. They gave me my order without cheese andwhen I asked if I'd be refunded for the extra charge the girl said that she wouldn't refund me "since I had asked for it". WHYWOULD I ASK FOR SOMETHING IM ALLERGIC TO??? She claims she asked me 3 times which she never did. She did ask weither I wanted"mayo, ketchup, and tomato" which is what I ordered NEVER said anything about cheese and continued to argue with me aboutweither I had asked for it or not (again I'm allergic). I also heard one of the drive thru girls call me a b***h after theyclosed the window. When I told them to just refund my whole order as I wasn't going to take the burger that rude girl said thatshe wouldn't give me any sort of refund at all since I "had asked for it" and since it was so late since the order happened (Iwasn't able to get to my food for about 2h due to personal reasons). When I moved here in 2015, after trying it a few times I never came back to this location because it was literally the worst BK... I ever went to?it was consistently bad. I decided to try it again today and it was great! It reminded me why BK used to be myfav of all of the fast foods. Whomever was running it before did not care even a little bit. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me and no cars ahead of the first car ordering. In those 30 minutes... the line moved once! I got down and went inside only because this is what my son wanted and the girl at the front was on herphone. Did not look up once until she was done texting/scrolling. I walked out from frustration!
