Surposed to open at 7 am on Sundays door wasnt open til 7:45 saw workers in there I called 2 times I walked away n they opened... the door I walked back I asked what time they open n he said 7 no apologies I worked at Burger King long time ago before it wentto corpariae been there for 14 yrs before the first one closed he didn?t even say thank you I know he was the manager mostlikely when I worked with Burger King was much better most likely they need to close some stores down when they aren?t busy Read more

Attempted to go through the drive through and pick up a couple of whopper meals. Was told the credit card machine was down - had... cash so no problem. Attempted to order and was told they didn't have what I attempted to order. Changed the order and was toldthey didn't have that either...what??? Told them I'd go to a different location and got a very enthusiastic "Ok bye!" Not surewhat was going on that but definitely didn't seem like they wanted to sell food that day. Service and management at thislocation has always been pretty bad. If you have the munchies for burger king make the drive to the flour bluff location drivethrough and you'll get much better service. They were out of everything! No ketchup, no BBQ sauce, no impossible whoppers, no sodas! I drank Powerade and had chicken fries... with honey mustard dipping sauce. Definitely not ideal. Read more

We made an order on the app somewhere around the 9:45 time. Living about 2 miles away, I figure I have plenty of time. Upon... arrival the around 10:00 PM, the woman on drive tells me they are closed. I immediately think it's some joke, but it's not. Iexplained that I had a mobile order and was already charged. She then tells me she has nothing on her screen & they are cleaningup. I explained to her this made no sense. The app says they are open, the app took our money & I needed some kind of answer.She explained that, their manager, has been ordering them to close at 10, because of lack of business. While I understand andsympathize, I explained that, while explaining the app said nothing, hours are not updated on Google & how I would like to speakto the manager. I was never told when or how to reach the manager. I was issued an apology but that did nothing about our order,or our money. While the woman on drive was extremely polite, she did not give me the proper resources needed to contact saidmanager. I later called the burger king hotline. They, much like the local franchise, did nothing to guide me towards themanager. They issued me a refund, which will take 3 - 5 business days. So in short, the manager's negligence to fix anythingwill cost you money. Save your trip. Read more

I came to BK at around 4PM on 8/13/ 2022 and was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the grade of food and service, you must... ask why I asked for a Southwest Whopper got a regular whopper, after my order asked was ready, I asked focondiranch Didn?t haveany, of this items after receiving my cups fro fountain drink, only had power aid, HiC and fanta available at this time, and nosmall cup lids so I had to take my drinks without lids, my fries were burn and dull of grease, along with my jalapeno cheese.This is un acceptable I paid over 35 dollars for 4 combos we had to trow away our food it was un adible Read more

Horrible service!!! The employees couldn't care less about their customers and pretty much just stand around. I went in because... drive thru was closed. The guy took my order which included 3 combo meals. After waiting about 15 minutes finally food is readybut I didn't have my drinks. Well the workers finally tell me they don't even have any sodas!!!! Huh??! You could've mentionedthat before! They offer me water, no thank you...I have water at home. Well after much frustration I ask for a refund. At thispoint I don't even want to give this location my business any longer!!! The lady briefly shows me the monitor saying the moneywill be back but still I haven't gotten any refund. I give up..We will no longer come to this location. Even though it's closestto our home I will drive across town for better service and better food. If you can avoid this store...I advise you to do so! Read more

I hate giving bad reviews but this location honestly isn't a very good pick. I went through the drive through during dinner time... (an expected busy time). It wasn't busy at all! I ordered the number #6. This looks absolutely nothing like the #6. Like at all!It's almost false advertisement to me. The patty is super thin. It was honestly a mess. I had to do some reconstruction of myburger. There was only 1 pickle. It didn't come with ketchup. Which isn't a huge deal but it's just the simple fact that thewindow man said it would come on the burger along with mayo. I'm very disappointed on the bacon. On the menu it looks good butthis is what you get. It's not even worth the price. It was also Luke warm so by the time I got home (5 minutes away) it wascold. Anyways, I'm giving two stars.. 1 for the getting the order correct. And 1 for nice window service. This location reallyneeds to step it up! I will be going the extra mile to use another location.
