Once again, Bill Miller Bar-B-Q didn't disappoint! Our food came out quick and hot, and even though we made a mistake when... placing our order, the staff was nice and helped us quickly and efficiently to get our last plate to our table Also, I had nevertried their gravy before... Big mistake! Gravy was a little thicker than most places, which made it stick to the fries more,allowing for more gravy on the fries. In short: delicious! We are from Brownsville and we went to the aquarium after that we were looking for a good bbq place to eat we have google this... place but left disappointed. The brisket was really bad with no flavor the bbq sauce was bad, the portion was small and sideswere not recently made as if they were sitting in a pan all day. We also order the fried chicken and to be honest churcheschicken is way better. Only good thing about this restaurant was the tea. Prices around 10 to 15 dollars. Staff were friendly. Read more
Breakfast tacos are ridiculous. There?s hardly any egg. For the cost, it?s very disappointing.

Service has deteriorated. I didn't mind spending more money because the food was good and the service was great. Things have... changed drastically however. Every visit in the past year is either wrong or missing items, no napkins, no utensils or strawswhen needed, it's so frustrating. Even with many of my favorites removed from the menu recently I still continue to be acustomer because many of the items they still have are good. Unfortunately service has turned my family off so my only billMiller visits now are when I'm by myself and those are becoming fewer and fewer because of the service. Read more
