Hands down, probably one of my top favorite restaurants in Corpus, especially for Italian. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the... fresh-made pasta is delightful. For starters, we got the fried calamari and salads, and for the entrees we got the Parpadellealla Bolognese and the Tonnarelli al Pesto. For dessert, we ordered the pistachio and the cherry gelato. This was the first timewe went and absolutely no complaints. Food and service was great, plus they made a custom drink, so bonus! I'm still keepingthis as one of my favorites because the Bolognese is still amazing, but the Tonnarelli al Pesto was absent from the menu, andfor whatever reason, changed the pasta from Tonnarelli to something that looked like it belonged to a frozen kid's meal. I'mtold this isn't the fault of the restaurant, but some customers would send the Tonnarelli back to the kitchen because theydidn't like the texture of the pasta. It's AL DENTE!!! It's not undercooked; that's how it's supposed to be! I will not faultthe restaurant from making the dish more accessible, but now they've stooped to Olive Garden or frozen Kraft level. Pleasechange it back, or give the option to substitute the proper pasta for the dish. I absolutely enjoyed it the first time I had it;I didn't even need to add a protein! Keep up the good cookin'. We'll return but I won't order the al Pesto until I can get theproper pasta. Otherwise, definitely recommended as it's an authentic Italian restaurant in the area! Read more

This quaint Italian restaurant in Lamar Park makes everything from scratch including the pasta! As a carb loving individual, I... look forward to trying more dishes as I will definitely be dining here regularly moving forward. This is a great restaurant fora date night or small gathering with friends or family. If you opt for appetizers, I would recommend the Caesar salad,meatballs, and pistachio crusted caprino cheese balls with orange marmalade. Read more

Beautiful ambiance, very nice inside, very comfortable. The food was delicious, because it was our first time we got a few... things and split plates to try as much as we could. We got the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes with bread and olive oil as anappetizer, and the olives, which were a lovely little mixture of different types of olives. Then for the meal we went a bit ofthe vegetable option and got the eggplant pizza and added grilled chicken to the four cheese pasta, both of which weredelicious. The Food was plentiful but just normal in flavor. The atmosphere was noisy so not good to have a conversation.

Everything was delicious, and the service was outstanding! We started with the Polpettin di Caprino appetizer, which had... pistachios with cream cheese balls accompanied by baguettes and orange marmalade. Hubby had the Pappardelle all Bolognese. Heenjoyed this dish. I had the Tonnarelli al Pesto, which reminded me of my trip to Italy. Homemade pasta with freshly made pesto.I wish they had a more extensive menu, but we will be back! Absolutely beautiful. The decor will sweep you out of Corpus and into a taste of Italy. The hostess was super inviting and who... can forget Francesco??? The owner and most hospitable person in the building. The food was delicious. The Malbec is a must, ithas some nice legs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there; it was absolutely wonderful.
