ALL the employees are either on the do shoddy service or just don't care.

Sometimes the workers can be decent but usually they?re super dry and kind of rude. Idk why. I always try to thank them and say... have a good day but am ignored. This one guy and girl that work week day mornings just stare at you like you?re annoying themand they just want you gone it?s kind of odd. I wish i could give 0 stars. This was my last visit to dunkin. At this point i rather pay starbucks prices if it means i dont... have to put up with the rude staff. I get that we have our off days but it seems like this location hires people who clearly DONOT want to be there and hate their job. Today an employee named Kimberly was so rude and had an incredibly bad attitude. If themanager so happens to read reviews please bring it to her attention that she can at least pretend to enjoy her job. We thecustomers are not to blame so why take it out on us. Read more

Absolutely worst dunkin donuts when it comes to getting an order correct. They always have attitudes as well, but I can... understand that being where they are. One wrong order? Okay. Two? If you need to be at work early in the morning and want a cup of coffee before you head in, do not go here. You'll be late for... work. It took almost a half hour to get a single medium coffee. Not a real Dunkin, change the name to Coffee Shop serving dunkin coffee. You can't use the app and they also do not offer $2... lattes from 2-6pm like all other dunkins. Again, just a coffee shop. Read more

The Dunkin Donuts at the North Island Navy Exchange leaves a lot to be desired. the service was bad and very limited selection... of donuts. one server was taking care of the orders and cash register the other where chatting amongst themselves. one of theservers blew her nose and did not wash her hands before handling the customer?s order.
