Ordered pickup from this dump after promising myself I would never spend another dime after my last experience. Only tried again... because my Son wanted wings in the worst way. What a waste of $50. Ordered fries extra well done and they were actually undercooked and had that starchy, raw potato taste. All three flavors of bone-in wings were under-sauced and tasted like unseasoned,bland, bloody chicken....you know that chicken that just takes like flesh and is so unappealing. Disgusting! Then came thecherry on top! I called to tell them about the poor food quality and, suddenly, everything made sense. The manager on duty is amember of the family that owns the place. Her name is Karen and she wouldn't consider any sort of food replacement let alone anytype of refund. Why would she? Any refund or replacement wings leaving the place is money right of her family's pockets. Iassume this is the family's first restaurant and I hope they consider selling it to someone who understands what matters most-food quality and customer satisfaction. I have gone on three different occasions and evrytime the food quality is horrible, dressings are bitter and lack flavor. Ranch... is watered down along with other sauces as well. Lemmon pepper is litterally just oil. This location has gone way down and won'tbe visiting until I hear of new management or better reviews. Read more
Very little ketchup is given to you and when ask for ranch you have to pay extra even though you order a meal. I order three... meals but because the wings were on special they want to charge extra for the ranch. Or if I want free ranch need it to out agood review for them. Almost $50 spent and no ranch. the restaurant was very clean because nobody was eating inside. i pre ordered via a phone call and they told me the food would... be ready in 17 minutes. i arrived 20 minutes later and it was all ready for pick up. the only reason they're not getting 5 starsis because the portion size on the fries was a bit small and the wings were also on the smaller size. we will be returningsometime in the future. No Jacob, so it was super chill. Ordered online for pickup. A bit disappointed in the spice level of the atomic wings, but it... was still a decent scoville level. Workers there are very cordial and friendly. Just check it out for yourself and you will bepleasantly surprised. Read more
I ordered pickup from this location by my work, had payed ahead of time due to being a large order. I went to pick it up and the... lady at the cash registered asked to see my ID? Which was totally weird. Told her I would have to go to my car and get it.Proceeded to do so and showed her my ID then she asked to see my debit card??? At that point it was ridiculous, I had alreadypaid for my order why does she need to see all of these things. Showed her so I could be on my way back to work, just for thefood not to be good. Fries were old, hard and cold and the wings were drenched in so much oil it was swishing around in thecontainer. To top it off while I was getting my drinks, another person came in for an online pickup, didn?t ask her to show herID or Debit card! Why was I asked but not her? Read more
