The food is great best sauce I've had and I've been to MANY crab boil restaurants BUT the service and lack of concern for... customers is bad and I'd like to speak to the owner asap. Let's just say per the really rude manager they don't accommodate foodallergies and what happened last night could have resulted in a death. I've never experienced a lack of concern, care or failureto inform a customer that an ingredient is included in the butter (you specifically asked not to have in any food) is scary...Then to make a scene over a request for regular butter and say I don't care if you never come back because we will never giveyou regular non garlic drawn butter again BLEW MY MIND. He said it's too complicated for his cooks to melt butter in themicrowave and he had to show yhem how to do it and it interrupts the kitchen... but he was so rude and blunt about never doingit again I was flabbergasted. We go there often and never had an issue like this... made us so uncomfortable. We can take our$200 plus patronage elsewhere but we really enjoy the sauce. Hopefully owner will reach out. A decent place to have dinner with family or friends! We got one of the combo deals with 2 pounds of shrimp and 1 pound of... crawfish with corn, potatoes, and sausage included, which was about $45 when we went. We also added on cajun fries and garlicnoodles, and all together made for a very filling meal for 4 people (we even had quite a bit of food from the combo deal leftover). The cajun fries were okay, but the garlic noodles were definitely amazing, I highly recommend getting it to sharealongside whatever seafood you order if you're with a group. This location is relatively new, and there's lots of fundecorations on the walls. When we initially walked in there was a sign saying that they were out of sausage, and the person whoseated us also relayed the same message, but when we got our order it had sausage, which I guess is nice (though a bit confusingbecause of the sign). We wanted to get refills of water, but nobody paid attention to our table for quite a while, even thoughthe restaurant wasn't too busy at the time and there were a lot of workers just standing around... The plaza that the restaurantis in was also pretty dead even though it was a Sunday night, so that might be something to consider if you were planning onwalking around with friends once you're done eating. Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service.....My family and I decided to to taste the food from this place. We placed our the... orders when the food arrived we were excited to eat. This was the worst food I have ever eaten, the shrimp was rubbery, theChicken tenders overcooked and the were super hard. We were so upset our first reaction was to Grab the food and throw it away!Once I calm down I decided to contact the restaurant and requested to speak to a Manager Daniel, I explained to Daniel exactlywhat happened that we trough the food in the TRASH, Daniel did say we can replace the order or give you a refund, I then toldDaniel your asking to dig my trash to get a refund; his response was YES if you want your money back! So I did I took the foodout the trash and took it to the restaurant. I arrived few min after the restaurant Closed, I knocked on the door and was toldthey were closed that I would need to return the next day, I tried to explain to the person what happened and was told to returnthe next day. I got home and trough the food in trash. I called the next day and talked to Daniel again and explained to himwhat happened. DANIEL once again said if you want your money back you will need to bring the food back!! I then told him Irefuse to humiliate myself once again your team saw me bringing me the food back and was told you were closed!
