I ordered for curbside pick up and somehow the app messed up my order and i forgot 1 drink. There was a couple in front of me... that took a while to order but the young lady order taker was patient and super kind. So finally i get to ask her about my orderand i explained to her what happened and i needed to buy an extra drink. She was awesome and super nice and i was able to fillup my drinks and she even told me my order was ready and handed it to me. I believe her name is Desirae i hope i didnt mispellit. Praise this young lady she knows her stuff i could tell she was tired yet she was super kind and patient with me and thecustomers ahead of me. She deserves a raise for sure! This was the worst overall burger experience I have had in a very long time. I literally got there 5 mins after I had scheduled... the order to be ready in a 20 min timeframe. That would have been fine, but the fries were either extra crispy and cold or limpand lukewarm. It was literally served up when I got there after asking the order line where I pick it up at, did they cookthose 1st thing?! Plus, they were super salty like as if I asked for extra salt. Also the "free" ranch on the side of the frieswas so watered down. Like a shot of ranch water. ???? The veggie was ok but the sauce that was in the burger was in the wrapperin such a position that when I moved it around it seeped onto my work pants. Also, so much sauce that halfway through theburger, it started falling apart and not worth eating the rest. ???? Otherwise, tasted like falafel with that sauce and thecucumber. And I thought the green tea was going to be decent, ha! Not only bland but tastes like they brew it in LA tap water.The 2 ladies that helped me with where to pick it up and with my drink cup that wasn't in the bag, at least provide goodcustomer service. But you can't eat customer service tho. ???? This was the 2nd time I ate at a The Habit and I was not reallyall that impressed the 1st time but I thought I'd give it another shot and since this was a completely different location fromthe 1st. I love their veggie burger (impossible burger now available too) their veg burger has cucumbers!!! I dont get their mustard... sauce but add their ranch and ketchup and mustard to mine. Either way it's yum!!! One of my favorite things to eat are tempuralong beans, they aren't typically available via a drive thru so Habits tempura green beans are a great substitute. This was my first time in the store (just moved to the area), so keep that in mind... The general manager, Heather, runs a... great restaurant! She clearly cares so much about both her customers and her employees you could feel the vibe in the room. Iwatched Heather interact with her customers and employees during my 30 minute stay, and was super impressed with her brightpersonality in every interaction. My food was amazing, of course; I think The Habit's burgers are the best. But we all knowthat it's not just the food, but the people, that keep us going back. If nobody else, I hope the owner reads this and can knowwith pride and appreciation that she's got a great leader there. So make sure she knows she's appreciated. I'll be back soon. Read more
