*This review is for their tea drinks* Was grocery shopping at Ranch 99 Market on November 27 around 11:40am and craving milk... tea. When am I ever not craving milk tea? Anyway, the tea was good, tastes just like Ten Ren and from my understanding, this isa Ten Ren store even though it is named "Tea Time Express." To be honest, I don't really like Ten Ren milk tea much, it is only 2/5 for me because I prefer more tea-flavored drinks... for some reason, Ten Ren always tastes too milky for my liking andthere's just something about the milk tea flavor that I don't really like. But I drink it anyway because it's milk tea... Igive this place an extra +1 star because the staff member working that day was SO nice. He was the only one working, and wouldmake drinks one at a time (understandable). Nevertheless, he had great customer service as in he would thank us for waiting,would personally hand us the drinks with straw when it was ready, and was pleasant. If you like Ten Ren, I'm sure you wouldlove this place, but it's not what I prefer personally. My favorite places to get boba tea right now is Ding Tea and Teaspoon,but feel free to give this place a try if you are grocery shopping inside Ranch 99 and craving boba/food. Overall, Plus(+) -Conveniently located inside Ranch 99 -Lots of parking (free) -a Ten Ren shop (if you like their tea) -Has food you canorder/large menu Neg (-) -Drink is decent but not my preference (it may be yours, who knows!) -Only one staff memberworking/while staff was super nice, service is a bit slow if you are in a rush Oh, they only had large size black colored cupsthat day but I thought it looked cool! Great tea served hot and they are super quick, served with a smile!
Had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen which was amazing! Perfect amount of spicy and the soft boiled egg was delicious. Also had the... Takoyaki which was new to me but totally worth it. To round it out I had a Chocolate Milk Tea w/boba which was very good. Read more
As everyone else said, it?s ten ren but under a different name. I gave four stars because the amount of popcorn chicken for $5... is kinda lacking. Their black sesame tea is really good and the workers are super nice. I?ll def come back! Boba fiend has letme down too many times now :( Read more
Very polite staff the quality of the drinks is also good the only reason I left three stars was due to the fact he put the tip... and signed for me because ?he couldn?t turn the screen to me? so kinda sketchy but I didn?t see any additional changes. Read more
The popcorn chicken is not hot. This is not a Ten Ren tea time shop. The pho and grill express next to it is not good as well.... This might be my third time here, and every time the noodle soup is not hot. The green bean shoot is rotten I don't even want toput in the soup. Read more
Probably one of the best milk teas I?ve tried! All my friends love this place as well. The black sugar milk tea is one of the... most popular drinks there. I also like the Hokkaido milk tea, which is similar in color but I personally think it has a hint ofcinnamon (unless my tastebuds are totally off but I love it)! Everyone is so nice!
