I went in and a sign stated that I had to use the kiosk to order due to low staffing. I place my order and am waiting for my... food. I get back to my office and there are no hot sauce packets (it asked how many when I ordered) and my burrito supreme wasmore like a bean burrito with sour cream. No meat or veggies. I ordered lunch back in April and this is what I received for a 3 doritos locos combos. Would you eat that?? I emailed corporate... for a refund and I got nothing. Moreover, I didn't eat lunch that day and I never got my money back. I no longer eat at TacoBell because this is the type of service I expect. Nothing. At this point, I don't want a refund or a new order. I understandTaco Bell is a franchise and different locations operate differently.
