This is the worst subway store. Very slow, people are not trained well. Ordered 6 sandwiches had them remake 3 but they still... messed up 4 sandwiches. Spent 40 minutes waiting for a online order that they still got wrong. Don't go to this subway store! Read more
I had a late night craving for a sandwich and was having issues with ordering online so I called about 10 mins before closing to... see if I could place a phone order. The two young men working that night were very polite/helpful and were more than happy totake my order. I was worried that since it was so close to closing that the sandwich might just be thrown together carelessly (I've had some interesting sandwiches from other subways lol) but the sandwich was made neatly and perfectly! I left them a tipand one of the young men came out to thank me personally! I know that these kids would much rather be doing something else on aFriday night @11 so kudos to them for dealing with ppl like me so graciously :) Will definitely be ordering from this locationfrom now on! Veggies weren't fresh. Tomato's looked a dark red and spoiled. You could clearly see the lettuce and spinach was welting.... Avacado looked darker than ripe. Sandwich maker crumbled (balled up) the meat for my sandwich and basically stuffed it. I askedfor it to be toasted and he burnt it. I don't know who's in charge, but step up your game a little. Unfortunately the pre-order for pickup option is not good. My meatball sub was cold and not toasted. The avocado which costs... extra was not on my turkey sandwich. When I got home and shared the problems with management, I received a "sorry" email but norefund or compensation for what was paid and not received. If I do ever return, I'll always make sure I'm right there to makesure I get what I ordered. Read more

It's barely 11 in the morning and they have no mustard. Their vegetables are almost all gone and really soggy. Only one guy was... working the counter at the time handling every task from sandwich making to ringing up customers. About 3 big house flies werebuzzing all over the food and customers too. The food didn't taste bad, but it felt lacking. The employees did the best jobthey could but it appears the management isn't doing the best job they can be doing here. Worst Subway ever. Just left after waiting 40 minutes in line to order 2 sandwiches. There were only 2 other customers in front... of me. I understand sometimes employees are new. But 40 minutes? This employee there I think her name was Charlese or somethingneeds better training at being fast or should have someone with her if she doesnt know what she is doing. Alena who made mysandwich when she barely clocked in wasn't much faster either. Both were forgetful. And I noticed everyone checking out had toask their sandwiches to be placed in a bag to take home. They wouldn't bother to do it automatically. At this point I shouldhave just placed a online order but after reading some reviews sounds like that wouldn't be much better anyway. Read more
