First timer here used drive through thinking it was going to take a long time perfect to decide what to order as I wanted... something new but nop a nice girl was outside already taking orders was kind enough to recommend as I asked for something newgot a cafe late (my usual) but added toffee nut syrup (no idea that existed) and white mocha, right away I was already in thewindow paying and getting my drink! I?ve tried going to this location 2x this week. Today the store was closed and the other day the store and drive-thru were... closed. This is definitely not the 1st time there has been other instansinces it has been closed and it?s midday. The hours areon the door but the doors are locked. Read more
I went through drive thru and they made my drink wrong so I decided to go inside to ask them to remake it because it had dairy... milk and im lactose intolerant and it had whip when I said none since it's dairy and it was missing my extra Carmel drizzleswith my mom payed 1 dollar extra for. I go inside and a girl tells me to wait she'll be right with me. Then some older ladyworker comes up to me and said what's wrong. I told her politely that my drink doesn't have almond milk and im lactoseintolerant and it has whip when I asked for no whip and it's missing extra Carmel drizzle. Then she asked rudly did you say nowhip cream and extra drizzle and I said yes I did and I even showed her the receipt. The lady then coldly ignores me and grabsthe drink and slams it into the trash. Then she proceeds to yell at me for the whole cafe to hear and she's like what milk didyou want and I said almond. Then she yells again saying extra Carmel and I said yes. Keep in mind I told the lady that at thebeginning that it had no almond milk nor Carmel drizzle. So i wait and then another fellow custumer comes up to me and asks meif they helped me and I said yea thank you. She then asks "was it a blonde white lady who helped you?" and I told her yup. Thenshe's told me that the white lady was also very rude to her as well Then the lady comes back without my frappe and she tellsthe other customer what do you need rudly and the customer told her back I'm waiting for my bon bites and another employee popsher head and said there almost out and the white lady just looked at me and the other customer and goes back to doing my frappe.The customer tells me that I should go get my mom and I said it's fine. Then the white lady comes back and slams my frapp downand just walked away. I felt very uncomfortable but the other customer just told me sorry about that sweetheart have a niceday. This is my second time coming to this Starbucks location. My butter croissant isn?t warm up even though I ask to warm it up. I... don?t know it?s standard to have more iced than the drink. I learn my mistakes always get lite iced or no iced at all. Read more

Awful just awful place to be after 3:30 on weekdays. This Starbucks closes their doors and lock out customers from the lobby... because they can?t handle the crowd of kids from the high school. You have to go through drive thru but then they are slow.Manager needs help with quality and crowd control. Not fair to customers at all for the long wait and no access to lobby forpeople who don?t have cars and walked to the coffee shop. Lets talk about the wait for your items geezas it?s like waiting forthe dead. It took them 15min for one chocolate croissant. No drinks no hard complicated order just one chocolate croissant.
