I went in for a lg coke and fries. Drive thru line was ridiculously long. So decided to park it and go inside. Bad idea, long... lines and people standing around waiting for their food. Decided to get me a cheeseburger happy meal and just wait there to dinein and eat it. Wait time was about 16 minutes so I just decided to take it to go. Got in my car and started to eat some fries???? stale and cold. Went back in and complained to Manger. She gave me a fresh out of fryer fries, and upgraded to medium. Iwas happy with my fresh fries. Drove away and want to get a taste of fresh fries. They were very crispy and hard. Not soft andfluffy ????. By the time I ate my cheeseburger it was also cold ????. I had a pretty big order. My bf went to get the order. The employee said 'hot chocolate' which I did order but they sent a... coffee. In my order I had 2 drinks, a hot chocolate and a coffee. I only received the coffee. Wish they would double check orsend out 1 order at a time. Not the first time my order was incorrect. I do like this location it's just hit or miss sometimes. Read more
The food here is actually REALLY good compared to other McDonald?s restaurants I?ve been to. And I haven?t been gotten sick! The... last one I would frequent in Eastvale was pretty good too?But this is like levels above that! I stop here about 2 ton3 times a week for breakfast. I generally get the same thing. 2 for $5.00 breakfast sandwiches. For the... last month Every sandwich I have bitten into has egg shell on it!!!! As well as the muffins either being stale or burnt. Thisuse to be a good stop now it sucks. If it was a one time thing I would not be writing this. Quality.control is obviously gone.Pride in the product I think also has left. You guys need to get your shot together. If I Break a tooth on an eggshell you aregetting the bill. I would strongly recommend not stopping here. Go down 2 more exits and use the other McDonald's. I workedfast food. I did breakfast and this would not have been okay. i came through the drive thru one day after exiting the freeway. i went through the drive thru even though it was a bit of a... wait. the food i ordered tasted fresh as i didn't eat it for a while after i left. the fries stayed hot and the sandwich wasalso warm when i bit into it. they also provided me with dipping sauce with no problems. Ordered through door dash multiple times with this location and each time they messed up my order. The first time, their was no... patty on the happy meal burger(unbelievable)and the second time we were missing a large fry and all the sauces we ordered. Ourfood was also not made correctly. Why even give customers the option to customize their order if you?re not going to followthrough and make the food the way it was ordered? Called to complain several times and the manager(in broken english)just try?sto rush off the phone. Door Dash doesn?t care either. Looks like I?ll never return to this location. The owners of thisfranchise should consider themselves a complete failure as a business owner. They obviously really do not care. They do not holdtheir franchise up to any standards. They just take what profit they can get from desperate customers that unknowingly dinehere. I will be calling corporate and reporting this franchise. 10/21/22 6:30 pm Walked in and there?s water, ice and ice cream on the floor. Bathroom is disgusting. One stall has urine and... toilet paper on the floor. Manager is so rude! How she talks to her employees in front of customers and even how she talks tocustomers. They even forgot items in our order. Read more
