I don't understand why ask if the customer want any dipping sauce and what kind and if plates are needed? When you guys don't... even pack anything!! No napkins no sauce no nothing!! Worst KFC I have ever been in my life! May 20th night crew could not figure out how to get food out. I ordered a 12 piece family... meal with three large sides and crispy chicken. when I received it there was original and crispy, the original was the bottomof the barrel, the skin was not even on it it looked honorable. our sides were literally only filled up half I had four boys tofeed by the time I got home I notice my horrible disgusting looking chicken and half of the sides. The drive thru was quick. I was so excited for my meal, but it was cold by the time I found a fork. I got an unknown large... piece of round chicken? still with feathers, fried of course, and needless to say my appetite seemed to just disappear. I?m sogrossed out. Read more
Let's just say I am not recognizing the KFC that was great and iconic. No one seem to care about customers waiting at the... counter, they gave me the wrong item... and the dining area can speak for itself - see photos. I tried my best to finish mydinner - the sticky table really got to me i had to clean it myself then leave. *sigh* Is this a corporate-owned or franchisestore? Absolutely love their chicken pot pie, however, the quality can vary. I had one that was only half full and almost dried out.... They did replace it on another visit. Like most KFCs it does take awhile to get your food.. oh and they need to have theirsweeteners out so you don't have to ask for them. They don't even keep them under the counter or at the drive up window. Onemore thing...they need more carrots in the pot pie. Read more
Sorry KFC but it's just not the same. Years ago we used to eat every Sunday after church. Food does not have that delicious... taste anymore. Not the best bargains or coupons available either. Read more
