Every time I place mobile order and I come in. The staff is sitting in the back on their phones. They need better training!
This store is so dirty we threw our drinks out! The floors are gross, the seating area looked like it?s never been cleaned, the... counters were horribly dirty with grime even around the cash register! The girls that made our drinks didn?t wear gloves or washtheir hands before starting and they reached into containers with their hands!! I was appalled and disgusted!! I love Juice it Up and decided to try this location today. Big mistake! Observations: it was dark inside because the blinds were... closed and lights off, workers cussing at each other and throwing away drinks they just made, they ran out of cash in theregister, and I saw a customer come in who had been waiting 1 HOUR for his drink? I walked out after seeing all of this and wentback to my usual place on 6th St? much better service there! Read more
Its 3pm now. Still not open. Overcompensate for how long whatever emergency is going to happen. That way you wont be in some... type of time defecit and upset customers. Read more
