On the contrary to other reviews about having teenagers take and make orders I?d like to say that they do a great job and... provide excellent customer service. However, it?s mid day on a Saturday and I?ve been here 35 min and I see people walking out!The girl prepping the drinks is super stressed. The owner just needs to do better. Why would you have 1 person working on aweekend really? There?s plenty of foot traffic here to staff this business. Love how they say there open till 7 and on there door it said till 8 but I walk up and there closed at 3pm? And an employee just... walking around in the back ignoring ppl. Definitely not the Jamba it used to be. Read more

I don?t know why I keep coming back to this place when I have repeatedly had horrible experiences here. The employees are rude,... they never have any ingredients and they always mess up on my order. How does a juice place not have any bananas? How do theyrun out of fresh strawberries when they just barely opened a few hours ago? I came to this Jamba Juice location on 07/17/22 at 6pm and the store was completely shut down. There was a sign on the door that... said we are restocking so we can make your smoothies. Not sure how employees can shut down a corporate store whenever they want.I looked into the store and there was nobody inside it restocking anything. Extremely unprofessional next time I will take mybusiness to Robeks Juice. Read more
Sadly this place has gone down the toilet. The drinks are not as good as before, seems like everyone is cutting corners...with... everything, down to the employees. You can not let a bunch of teenagers run any business effectively. I understand that it's thebusiness's fault for the most part because they want to pay nothing and/ or invest in their reputation as company. The Merry drink is good. You should try it! The management needs to invest in it's employees at this location. If you want to... have a business at a strip mall, you need to invest in the right amount of employees to meet the demand. They had one personworking midday on a weekend (especially during the holidays) and there's no way the employee could meet the demand efficiently.It's not reasonable to expect customers will wait 20-30 mins for a beverage.
