I wrote several times on the survey but no one cares. When I used to eat chicken they used to sell pollo bowl with just 6 little... pieces of chicken while in other locations Pollo Loco serves at least double the amount the chicken. I became vegan and lovedthat they had the "chickenless" pollo. At this particular restaurant most of the time they did not have it. I went there lastweek and they said they discontinued that option. So I asked for avocado instead. The avocado was brown and really gross. Iasked for tortilla chips and they gave me 5 chips. Horrible quality of food and very embarrassing for the Pollo Loco chain whichI know is not that bad in other locations. Read more
Drove 30 minutes from our hotel to get this. It's on me for not checking my food, bit I was so happy after 9 years to finally... eat this again. I kept telling my kids how good it was. My order sadly was missing the Mac and cheese. All my tortillas weretorn or falling apart. I saw them heating them in the microwave, making them soggy on top of everything. No napkins, silverwareor salt or pepper. If you eat tortillas regularly you know they only fall apart when old. The chicken was dried out. Sodisappointed. i saw a huge line in the drive thru and attempted to go inside but the doors were locked at noon on a sunday afternoon. that... just did not make any sense to me. the drive thru line was extremely slow as i had to line up all the way in the back after notbeing able to order inside. the burrito i ordered was very well made, hot and fresh tasting. the nachos we ordered were thecomplete opposite as they didn't put enough of the toppings so it was basically paying $5 for some chips. Love this location, customer service is sometimes a bit off. Certain employees can be incredibly rude but overall a great... experience. Highly recommend signing up for their rewards program as you get a birthday reward, free entree yay. Small location,with a small parking lot surrounded but a gas station and car repair place. Excellent dining area as well as patio, woulddefinitely recommend visiting around the evening and enjoying the sunset while you eat. Read more
The chubby Mexican lady in the front has an attitude. Someone came in doesn't speak english he's doordash he shows her hus phone... and she says read it im not gonna read it. It's obvious he doesn't speak english and was doing his best. She was rude and seemsto hate her job and helping people. Read more
